Not so long ago, when the world stood still and many were pondering the meaning of life over a relentless case of the munchies, we came to the shocking realisation: there were no ‘real’ bagels in this diverse region!

How were we surviving?

Both born and raised in Saskatchewan, bagels (like hockey) were a staple in most households.

There’s little as satisfying—or convenient—as a thick layer of cream cheese slathered on a freshly baked bagel (bonus: fuel for hours… parents of hungry kids rejoice)!

Once we’d dried our tears after counting the years since our last real bagel (those door-stoppers at Coles and Woolies are not fit for human consumption — a quick glance at the ingredients list will tell you that)…

So we threw caution to the wind and decided to bring quality bagels to the good people of the region.
